Location was a plus, close to a lot of food areas and close to venue which I had booked. Also, staff was very accommodating to my needs at my stay. I was able to book my stay, and everything was quick and smooth.

The hotel was chosen after a flight cancellation. It was quick and easy to reach by taxi and we were able to book a free shuttle bus to return us to the airport the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in-house restaurant for convenience, and the food was both good and reasonably priced.

Spacious lobby, the warm Chocalate Chip Cookie upon check in. Quiet, ample parking, easy check in and check out, adequate sized room with a great view of the Vermilion River, and mini fridge.

Great location by the river and the views (depending on your room) were quite spectacular. Great restaurant and bar and we wanted for nothing extra.

The property was accessible, and the check in process was very easy. The room was big enough for my powered wheelchair and other equipment. The staff was very polite.

The front desk staff and the bellhop, Bailey were very friendly, helpful and sweet. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Our view of the river was nice as well. We didn't get to experience the pool as it was too full of people, which was ok knowing it was summer time.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. From the front desk, the bar, the restaurant, they are all 100% perfection! I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I love the clean and comfortable rooms. The deck by the pond is very relaxing. Can't wait to visit the property again next year for the track clinic.
